So I am not the biggest fan of Dead by Daylight, its clunky, looks horrible (not in a horror game way, just bad)
But if you were to take any notes from that game it would have to be the perks, both fireteam classes and Predator classes really should have their own unique perks only they can equip.
As it stands now everyone just runs the perks that make them resist Predator damage and do more damage to the Predator, creating something that shouldn’t exist in these asymmetric games, a meta.
To counter this is simple, only allow 1 of each class per team, give each class both FT & Pred perks unique to them to help encourage better teamwork having each player play to strengths.
Also if you ever only remove 1 thing, remove the perk that allows more damage to the Predator, you can keep the one that gives better resistance to attacks but maybe limit it to the support class with his heavy armor and slower movements.
The fire team should be varied and able to work together based on player strengths, instead of everyone running as assault with the resistance to pred and extra damage to pred perks.
If you never fix Hunter Pred’s squishiness at least this would balance it out.

Yup, recon with increased damage predator and increased melee damage, last 2 games I’ve parried the predator everytime it tries to melee me and the return damage is insane. Every team I see is usually recon and supports with the mentioned perks. Really hard currently for the predator to win, I dont feel everyone can play him and win, only truely skilled predators can win currently.
