I can’t, for the love of God, aim properly with the damn joysticks. After I’m dead, I see other PS4 players aiming at the predator jumping along trees like they’re using a mouse!
Those of you that have confidence in your stick aiming, what are your secrets???

I heard that you can but there are some imput lag problem, maybe with the new ps5 all console players will be able to do that.
My aim is superior with K&M, but @XViper here can tell you I can aim quite decently with a controller. I am certain there is no aim assist for this game on PC. I don’t know if is available for the console version. If it is, most console players for this game are really bad at aiming, lol
You can, but the game has to be compatible with it. Most are not at the moment
Yeah, I remember being quite shocked when I learnt you originally played with controller.
While I don’t have the god aim of some controller players, I do have a bit of advice for how to get more hits in, strafe. Don’t adjust your aim only by moving your head, use little strafes to line up shots.
Also learn where they’re going to be rather than watching them directly, set up at where you know they will be.
Understanding how the Predator moves, how the leaping animation works, jumping arcs on ground and trees etc can help you track better on controller. After a while of going up against highly mobile Predators you start to be able to anticipate their movements in certain situations “He’s running towards the end of that branch and is going to jump to the next, I’ll have my aim ready for when he lands on that branch” sorta thing. Pay attention to their movement and take advantage of the animations.

I always played games with controllers, so it’s natural to me. keyboard and mouse is for games like Starcraft lol, i can’t play 3D games with them
I have some pretty damn good headphones which help me pinpoint exactly where things are, and that comes into my aim, hearing where things are is really helpful in this game, 80% of the time I spot the predator by sound alone. I tried K&M but my clunky ass fingers can’t handle it lol, I tried a fight pad comes with slight delay, controller I’m best with, I’m too used to using controller by now.
sound is so important on this game. 9 times out of 10 I find the pred on sound alone. Really ticks me off when I say to my team “he’s here” and they say “no I saw him jump over there” and 3 seconds later he’s on me.
