Very, very annoying problem. Takes like 20 minutes just to put all my shit back the way it was and you have to restart the ps4. It happened after entering a game on headquarters at night. I could see my class with everythiny correct until the hunt started, and I came out as a berseker. Why is it possible for this to happen.
