Illfonic is the best company at scamming people. No other company can treat its consumers as bad as they can. They can do absolutely nothing and their greatness truly shines, it’s no wonder people will defend them against any criticism they’re just that good at doing nothing that you can almost mistake them as completely useless.

I wonder how long will this be ignored for? Seriously, do I have to put this in the bug reports section where Wil can see this? He seems to be the only one that does their job at Illfonic well, it’s unfortunate everyone else relies on him too much so shit doesn’t get done. Shame, damn shame.

At this point I feel I’m forced to get a lawyer and attempt to sue this company for false advertising and illegal business practices. You’ve had plenty of time to fix this issue, you blatantly stole money from your fan base and refuse to even comment on it other than some vague answer months ago. It would be my hope that this company would lose it’s ability to do business because you’ve all shown you’re grifters who have no intentions of setting things right with the customers you stole from. You deserve no sympathy, no “patience and understanding.” Nothing. I want these predlocks or I want my money back.

Well, two things. One, Illfonic is an LLC company, which essentially means, and I quote,
“An LLC can have one owner (known as a “member”) or many owners.The words “limited liability” refer to the fact that LLC members cannot be held personally responsible for business debts. In a dispute with a business creditor, members may lose the money invested in the company but their personal assets aren’t at risk.LLC members also aren’t usually liable for a co-owner’s negligence or wrongdoing in business matters.”
and secondly, let’s be honest, nobody here has the money to take Illfonic to any kind of claims court. Illfonic may be a small company (pls understand), but they do have more money than any of us and can certainly hire a strong defense attorney. The way I see it, just take the $4.99 L and move on.
