Exiled class hook

I got the Exiled class dlc and instead of getting the hook weapon I received the cleopatra smart disc skin.

The smart disc skin is now available at level 27 for all players. Do you just not have the hook weapon? Are you able to use the Exiled predator?

Any screenshots or videos you can provide would be invaluable.

Took screenshots showing the disc, locked cleo class(because I never bought it), The equipped Exiled class, and weapon selection screen. Files are to big to attach so I put them in a google doc. Made this forum account today so dont know how to share the screenshots.

Linking the doc works. You can also copy the image and paste it right into the post you’re making.

You don’t need Cleo for the disc. The hook is a war club cosmetic so it will be under that

It says since I am new I cant post links and I tried putting the screenshots in directly and it says they are to big.

I had mentioned my problem on discord and I was told that deleting save data usually fixes things like this. Had to remake afew of my classes but everything else was fine.
