becauste they comes to compensate for personal (maybe real life) problems in game where they have permanent advantage over enemy and they can win easily, finaly they can feal dominance over enemy. They need to feel it, because they lack this feeling in life, they do it not as sport reasons. And this is why they never comes to game where they have no any way to win easily, or they will always use META build and OP
Experience of PC predator
true, but that forces players into playing 1 thing to deal with a major issue
to their evacuation on choppa after 4 mins
Not if you harass them enough. They aint gonna be doing objectives if youâre constantly tagging them with plasma shots
Add garuda on epic godspeed sir
not if they 2 shot your mask and lose access to your PC ;)
you should decide - or you constantly rush them, which means youâll take damage and play on the brink of death, or you constantly leave to heal in more safety, but lose time. But maybe your enemy will not so OP and godlike and first taktick will not lead you to instant death because of excess of lead in the body đ
This is pretty accurate. There are some uber teams out there that no one is beating. On twitch thereâs a French 4 stack, Russian 4 stack that has the steamer Dice and prozipix (think I spelt that right). The damage they put out is mental. Leap on that stupidly open railway map? You will be lucky if you only take 1 sniper short before you land.
Those teams demonstrate how FT favoured the game is for high level play.
Thing is console people that play predator are far better then console players playing FT. Last game Iâve plaid, myself on PC and the rest of the FT on console they could not even scratch the predator that was on console just as well. After a few encounters where I was the only one doing damage and getting him down enough to leave, he obviously focused me and completely ignored the rest since they could not hit shit.
On console to hit a fast moving target like the predator is far harder with a controller then it is to leap in and melee and thus the difference and many people turning off cross play when playing predator for easy games.
Yep, this is exactly why I shut Crossplay with PC off. Thereâs no way you can compete with the Accuracy that a Mouse and Keyboard provides.
Youâre getting very easy games with consoles only but I guess its your choice.
This is definitely the truth at the highest levels of play. Only way to even do damage to them is to cheese. Point blank, its just not fun to play against.
As always, the main issue is the sub .01% sweaty nerds to get into premades and are there to grief the predator. This has happened in every single asymmetric game and its because there are no debuffs for doing sweaty 4 man death squads. I am all for a good game, but when I can tell that your objective is to chase me down, go FULLLLL AGGGRRRRRRRRROOOOOO, BM/teabag/be a cuntâŚI just leave the match.
The only way to deal with the issue is to give either a debuff to the FT who Qs up as a 4 man, or a buff to the pred that has to face them. Something like -25% damage taken and 15% increased damage for the pred and then increased mud time application time, decreased mud duration, decreased ammo and health packs spawned on map, and significantly harder AI to start.
FT at the highest levels is just so imbalanced that its going to snuff out any chance of the game taking off. This is a Predator game, not a wannabe shitty FPS FT game.
Also after re-reading your post, I fought that Russian team. The name Prozipix stood out to me to I went to google him and as I typed in his name, I saw that I had looked at his stream before because he was talking shit. Well, if you can call it that. He could only utter âpussyâ with his shitty Russian accent because I killed one of his teammates and rather than doing OBJ, they just chased me the ENTIRE matchâŚso I ran them out and the match ended with me winning.
Wasnât overly impressed with their ability, just blatant FT imbalance. I landed a leap in the middle of them to grab my disc after I downed the guy and lost my entire HP bar before I could leap out. Not slam, leap onto disc, and immediately leap out. 100 > SW.
Cool game, I guess.
I would assume this would be the case with most games. Console is typically gonna have your more casual while PC the more serious/intense. I mean the nature of the 2 platforms cater to two different types of gamers. Lord have mercy on any P4 player that keeps cross play on. I sure as hell donât.
I wouldnât go that far @Xan84. Yes, itâs Console but Iâve had my fair share of facing excellent Fireteams.
Regardless of Platform, youâre going to have great Teams regardless.
Honestly, I have had one or 2 console teams give me a hard time, but only if I was trying to lengthen the match and give them handicaps. Its honestly not even the same league. I can simply run circles around console players with pmuch any of the weapons, including bow, and just outpace their ability to turn and aim. I know, I do it all the time. Another big differentiator is the skill of the snipers for console players. I am not scared of a console sniper, in the least. I will keep moving erratically enough to dodge any meaningful head/mask damage that I can just toe to toe the team while the sniper does little to nothing if he was sitting out around the camp. I dont even both killing console recons. A PC recon on the other hand must be taken out first, or at least pressured into coming down to the team, or you will lose your mask in a single engagement.
I will say that I enjoy playing against GOOD console teams more than I enjoy playing against premade sweaty tryhareds on PC. I will concede that FT is just too easy. My friends and I Q up a 4 man stack just to see how it is ( I am the only one who mains pred) and we just dominate everyone. We had 1 scout beat us due to slam exploits, but thats it. No other pred has even come close. Its just an easy ass game on FT.
Well said @Phobix. I always run a Fireteam solo with 3 other Randos. We usually lose because the others arenât coordinated. In the reverse, itâs easy to down an inexperienced Predator since everyone knows how to Aim and Shoot.
Playing as the Predator?? Itâs 75%/25%. I.E. 25% of the time youâll come across a really good Fireteam. The other 75% is either really easy (like killing all of them in the first 3 Minutes) or lightly challenging.
Just came back to post some more about that Russian team. They clearly lower their graphics to gain advantage for spam spotting the pred. This is a major contributing factor in the just NOT FUN aspect of playing against this kind of player. Including a link from one of his VODs. Such a scumbag.
Looks like normal Low settings to me.
Looks like its a tradition for all ft/survivors players of all assymetrical pvp games (like Dbd, f13th, evolve and others) to be salty and toxic before killer.
