The insane damage has been fixed yes but the way the Specialisation functions hasn’t been fixed.

Fanatic damage exploit was patched, Reckless damage exploit was patched
Damage for being active for 1+ year because of management at Illfonic neglected to solve the problem destroyed already dwindling players
