I love this game and you wont change my mind. I never was a real fan of the predator universe, until now
I’m in the same boat besides the fact I’ve always loved pred lol the game is not great I would know I’m playing modern warfare lfmao but for a movie based game that has a fucc ton of potential and seeing all these leaks I’m not gonna look down on it lol
I enjoy it, is it buggy as hell yes, are the wait times for Predator sucky yes… but I enjoy the gameplay and there’s so much to learn about the maps and things.
Balance issues and glitches aside.
I have fun. That’s all I know for sure.
Illfonic ruined the concept… the concept was and still is great but they limited the concept by like 30%… Pred feels as prey in most scenarios lately now that more people are learning how to play fireteam… but yeah… been a pred franchise fan since 2009 and ever since… i also plan to buy a wolf mask for 1000$ so yeah thats all i will say lmao… literally huge fan but oh well… i need to take a break cause humans ruin everything lately in this current society… no offense i love u all my fellow franchise fans
I believe illfonic did a great job for the predator. He must be careful and use tactics do not get killed, if they made it like you can just melee rush a team and you wont die it wouldnt fit the predator (it worked at the start of the game with berserker and combi-stick but lately not anymore).
I agree its right that melee rush got nerfed right makes sense lmfao… But at range you get also focused cause no bullet drop… i also cant even properly play stealth cause if i do they go for my head and i end up losing my mask… and then its game over lol… But they need to fix ranged play for pred

So when you see a crappy NECA toy, do you say, fuckin predator figurines suck? No? This is the same case. You might see a little bit of this suck, but all in all its fun and great and since there are long term commitments from illfonic, and can only get better.

I would say long-range for pred is already really good. The handheld plasmacaster is pure destruction if your in cloak and just shoot everyone. The bow has 1-shot potential and the smart disc can do like 500 each throw

Bow = Death if you stay at place and keep shooting them, they can literally take your mask off which is GAME OVER
Smart disk = buggy and can be destroyed almost instantly…
Oh and long range is literally a key to win for pred but they nerfed pred so now u struggle to play long range stealth.
They should give fireteam ps-players aim assist and than buff predator
Tbh game assist is kinda like aim bot but not really… it lets you lock on right path but not on him… which is kinda like easy af lol… but i agree… as long as they make it so u need 2 or 3 actual people focusing predator to put him in second wind… like i see people saying one guy is enough and people are like saying the problem them self but not realising it… xD… or denying the issue…
You literally cant play any playstyle anymore except melee rush and plasma spam which is shit
Exactly. I still think the net gun needs some rebalancing. Less ammo or shortened escape time if you have your knife equipped when you get netted or whatever…
But yes. In general, there is a necessary cautiousness the predator must have against good teams. Which is how it should be.
While I do support this game and it’s developers, that doesn’t mean I’m inherently biased. I recognize the failures they’ve had with Crossplay Invites and general quality of life issues like not even having a FT Tutorial or bugs that seem to pop up after every Patch, as well as plain inconsistencies.
But I understood what I was getting into. This isn’t Pre-Redemption No Man’s Sky or Launch Day Fallout 76. We didn’t go into this expecting a 60 dollar experience with a base 40 dollar price tag. Unless one is unironically ignorant as to how video games work, this is worth the price. Is it what Predator fans envisioned for the ideal Predator Game? Hell no. Does that mean the game is terrible? No. But it needs work and time. Comparing this game to Launch Week, it has only gotten better.
