I pre ordered the game however after redeeming the code i was only given the '87 Jungle Predator skin and the Mini Gun.
I was not given the 11 Predator Avatars or the Dynamic Theme. I checked under my profile to change my avatar and nothing, same when i go to change my theme. What gives???

Yea i hear you i’ve been given the run around too first i asked Gamestop and they told me to contact Playstation then after being on live chat with Playstation for hours they finally told me to contact the publisher of the game illfonic. So here i am.
Everyone is pointing fingers at each other leaving me in a spin cycle with no resolution.
The way i see it, its illfonic’s game they sold it to me its on them to fix it not PSN or Epic games THEM, now i know there must be alot of people with this problem and it might take awhile to fix but im not waiting longer then a month, i’ll push for a sue if i have too this is fraud plain and simple.
Yup whatever happened to getting something promised to you after paying for it.
