Elder is one of my least favorites. Not enough speed on them.

Right now city hunter.
The next dlc will likely be my next favorite.

I just hope we get a body type 2 for elder
I go back and forth between city hunter and scout. Both with long jump and adrenal. Super mobile with the ability to take some damage vs God tier speedster mobile.

My favourite is 87 Hunter, just because of the aura of awesomeness around it. I feel a weight of responsibility now that I have it to use it wisely, respectfully and to continue instilling fear in my enemies like on the original movie.
My real favourites to play though are Samurai (I like the challenge of trying to win with it) and City Hunter. All the Hunter variants are great to play, as is the Elder.
Beserker isn’t really appealing to me, and I’m not skilled enough to take a Scout in the jungle and bring it out alive with 4 skulls.

If you’re looking for a challenge play as a scout with the war club, it’s actually pretty fun if the god awful tracking on the last hit actually works.

the best overall is city hunter… due to ground speed, jump distance, gear, hp pool, melee dmg.
classes not to pick
-Scout… least melee dmg, jumps as good as elder, needs major buffs. Get shot out the air like a clay pigeon due to leaping to vertical.
-Zerker suffers from opposite as its jump distance is to short, hit scan is large, can be ran around and stabbed like a stuffed pig, cant keep up with recons without running out of fatman juice, ez to see invisible due to large frame, can’t jump to certain brances due to fatness, stomps when walking, dies just as fast as anyother class.

Shouldn’t need to be too close if you just gun them down when they run
Yeah I carry the plasma gun on Elder now. I used to try to melee with the sword but it just doesn’t work with Elder.
Elder is a very ranged focused class but I really like pairing him with the elder sword. I just use more ranged attacks with him and usually do well
I like Berserker
I don’t mind his movement speed, but I hate his stamina
