I understand the frustrated feeling of getting Spotted Locked. After a heavy spotting session try and breathe. Break contact and head to another part of the map and take down some AI and hunt boar. You’ll save a Med-Kit use and get some points. After that re-engage.
What Predator class are you using?
If they spot you, just bury those cock-a-roaches.

I switch from Jungle to Hunter it’s just so annoying, spotting just negates Predator’s camo tech.
What is the use of Predator’s cloaking if the FT can easily track you with spotting like everytime.

Yes… let the rage consume you. Lmao I feel the spotting the pred mechanic makes no sense.
Is it just me or sometimes does it seem like the FT are a copy + paste of a generic FPS soldier from the asset store. Some of their abilities just seem out of place in this game, spotting being one of them.

Still a problem for Predator players.
How about this for FT players get rid or nerf Target Isolation, and for Pred players get rid or nerf Spotting.

Draedark its not just you. I feel like they just transferred generic military FPS gameplay elements to Fireteam. Not appropriate for this game in my opinion.

ummm hell no… target isolation has a huge cool down so its really only used a few times before the match ends… on the other hand the fireteam can spam spot infinitely… and not only continuious spotting but when spotted it shows a red outline where your at even if behind walls so no matter where you go while cloaked they know where you are untill they spam spot you again… so hell no…
I cant wait to hear all the FT crying when spotting gets nerfed.
Get in line with the literally thousands of people that want got rid of spotting. Yet they do nothing. My advice, Don’t give up, keep complaining about it in the forums. If we creat enough noise, maybe then???

From what you just said Spotting sounds like it definitely needs to be nerfed.
yes, im saying the spotting needs re worked… its ruining the predator gameplay… i can live with the ft OP teams of 3 or 4 dutchs all spamming their hammerheads… i can live with the fireteam 3 second flat heal times, i can live with the fact they can run just as fast as a predator, or that they can be reinforced several times, or the fact they are spoon fed ammo and healthkits across the map… but the spam spotting just has to fucking go

sounds wonderful to me. The target isolation fails 60% of the time and I have learned how to locate FT by other ways.
As for “spotted” I believe they dont need to banish it totally, the only irritating thing they have to remove is the preds silhouette after spotted.
this makes no sense, cuz if you see something you point the direction to someone and they have to look carefuly to be able to see what you are seeing.
So if someone sees the pred and hit “spotted”, only a point should be shown to other players instead of a full body silhouette.
