TBH I can see why they don’t really talk to us. With the amount of toxicity on the forum I can see full well why they’d decide it wasn’t worth it and just use this for bug reports and announcements.

I wish they hyped this game up or any upcoming content instead they wait until it drops and then let us know. They did pretty well with Dutch but for the Samurai there wasn’t much of anything to hype him. We supposedly have another patch or something tomorrow and they have neither confirmed or denied anything. There wouldn’t be as much toxicity in the community if they would at least you know actually interact with us instead we have radio silence.

Hyping up content = More attention the the platform and generates possible newcomer and “income”.
But, maybe there’s a reason they don’t hype it up? Maybe they haven’t even gotten it down.
We know they have a year’s worth of DLC drops, the issue revealing all of it is that not all of it is done despite being planned and things could potentially change. There’s also the issue that players might see something they don’t like and not stick around on the game. There is no good answer here.
You also gotta remember that they also have nothing to hype up. We know a new update is coming, they’re likely to make an announcement then. They’d been off last week so of course they said nothing. And frankly given the state of this forum why would they otherwise want to talk to us? This forum does nothing but bitch at them and itself.
To be honest, though- from the start 90% of the posts on here were to hear back from the Devs and were for the most part, VERY POSITIVE
All went down hill when they stil didn’t care even when we were asking “hey, whats up? Whats going on rn man?” Politely and loyaltily.
And then after weeks of no communication back to the community BUT YET, ON TWITTER, THEY’RE PROMOTING THEIR PLATFORM BY SHARING POSTS FROM BIG STREAMERS
A lot of us were like… oh, so you reply to marketers but not us, your loyal fambase.

The forums are meant to inform them about bugs and provide feedback. And I genuinely don’t remember this place being all that positive.
