Its pretty ironic , when you think about it. Switch the name cyberpunk with predator hunting grounds and it should be evident to even people who like the game .

PHG advertised as a 4v1 game exactly the same as previews, people wanting 2v6 and all that is pretty irrelevant just like asking for multiple killers in DBD.
Cyberpunk advertised with a bunch of pre-rendered fake footage with car chases, life paths, and dialogue decisions that matter like it was some GTA Mass Effect hybrid. and lol at them being able to talk to every npc and sit down and eat at stalls, the âdynamic open world eventsâ that just ended up being 5 guys spawning in around a car in the same locations, and âcrazy augsâ that literally just ended up being mantis blades and they even removed the cutscenes and parkour for that.

They sold an alpha as a full game.
That in itself is false advertising.
The industry is different than what it was, theres barely any complete games on launch anymore, almost every game is added on to over time. When it comes to cdpr, they legit lied about the game they were going to release and used footage of things that werenât even in the game.
Not to mention is was such a technical train wreck. Illfonic might have a problem with bugs and optimization⌠but itâs not like set pieces arenât spawning in⌠Iâd say the AI is equally stupid though lol
You can get a refund for phg but a lawsuit is definitely a stretch.

The âI paid for a complete productâ crowd lost that war a long time ago with the existence of live service multiplayer-only games.
The footage in the trailer gave you no indication this would be some major title with 5v20 modes and xenomorphs.

They said matchmaking from the beta was fixed and resolved , they said they fixed dropped connections and how is the matchmaking 12 months later?
It is resolved now , but they falsely claimed crossparty invites would be a thing at launch , but they werenât available for 4 months and people couldnât refund .
They have had waves of game breaking bugs on console which comes under being able to have the game function as intended .
Its all there is black and white , they didnât announce the game as live service and then decided once released it would be , so claiming the beta was âa fraction of the final gameâ is deliberately misleading . Because a live service game doesnât have a final game? Hence live service and they knew exactly how it sounded to use âfinalâ as a majority of people would consider buying the game after the beta ? Means final game at release.
Regardless of opinion, its clear as day , by law , they illegally sold this game as something it wasnât.

Class action wont happen for this game , why? Because the cyberpunk customers decided to not take their bullshit and demanded a resolution.

And if anyone thinks its luck or a fluke to get a refund? I bought the game again , installed and played it for hours, to then get a second refund đ

Alot of people that shit on cyberpunk seem to forget that the Witcher3 launched poorly as well but ended up becoming one of the best roleplaying game ever made after they fixed the game.
While i donât think Cyberpunk will be as good as Witcher3, the situation is still very similar.
I hope they do get it fixed , I really want to play it
