So i return to this game excited for the new patch only to find out they are having a bundle deal that includes all the preds, but also early access to new bio masks and war paint. I have been buying all the DLC and playing since the beginning. i’m not buying a $20 pack when i have all the preds just for some cosmetics, but i want those cosmetics. where’s the reward for the players who have been supporting the game since day 1. this is bull shit

i’m not that mad about it, but it seems this rewards new players and the people have been supporting them since day 1 have to wait, doesn’t seem fair if you ask me.

Free 99 later on its all good bet they do some sort of shadow release a little later on like with some of the other masks
i’m fine waiting and am glad they’re trying to keep new players invested, but i think they should of released the new cosmetics as a stand alone pack at a cheaper price for those that just wanted the new masks and warpaint right away.

Would be nice to know what us veteran players can recieve in regards to incentive to play the game.
Not really looking for level cap increase.
Would enjoy challenges that unlock cosmetics or trophies.

I’m not saying this as a way to attack you or to be passive agressive. You as a consumer are not forced to buy any given product when it comes to entertainment. If you find a particular piece of content not worthy of your savings - don’t purchase it.
This is not said to defend the game or illFonic or Sony or EGS. I just don’t get the frustration.

Took me a while to understand this.
I still buy all the dlc in hopes it helps one way or another to help out our only Predator experience in over a decade.
Wish we could help them more directly somehow.

Yes this rewards new players. The game just launched on steam and the bundle is meant to incentivize them into buying the game. How do you feel ripped off by a company that releases a paid product you don’t have to buy?

i understand that i have a choice as a consumer, and i’ve spent alot of money on this game because i think it’s fun and i think it deserves my support. just think the people who haave been supporting them since the beginning should be given an option that’s fair. i’m not gonna protest this game because i’m that upset. i just think they could have been more fair about the early access content.
I mean, in neoliberal realities we as consumers have limited control over entertainment that we consume.
I understand what you’re saying, but tbh the only way you can effectivley show your frustration is by not buying the product. I have bought the DLC, cause I wanted to, but I understand your frustration.
that’s all i’m asking for is a fair choice, if they would have offered the new masks and warpaint as a stand alone early access package for say $5 even, i would say that’s fine and wouldn’t feel the need to vent.

I’ve seen a couple of the new masks they look bad ass, and thats why i want them now
this was the first time i felt the need to complain, otherwise i’ve been very supportive of this game.
I feel ripped off to i want my 45€ back so i can get it somewhere cheaper for 20€
I’ve seen games do it in a way that if you already own something from a package deal it takes off a sum as you’ve already payed for what you already got from before the package deal.
I think that would’ve been a decent way of handling it for the older players who already have some/all of the already existing parts.
What they did, was a dick move for sure. This was done to pressure fans to buy the DLCs all over again so they don’t wait until its free. They should’ve bundled the new cosmetics separately.
