Did you experience what I was talking about, how the boost is active no matter the number of ft players alive!
I’m honestly not sure. The guys I took down after the first down could have already been hurt. Detailed testing in privates would be required IMO

It does need testing, from how I’ve seen it, if one is down you don’t have the damage but if that person leaves, it reactivates again which is fair because it’s a team which is alive and standing but if it’s constantly active when someone is dead then yeah.

Played a game as a disciplined scout with audio decoys earlier last night and found it to be very effective especially if you stood your ground from a distance.
Is fervent more favorable? Also is the elders damage specialization similar in damage output?
