Few PC graphics settings not working

  • Default upscaler doens’t seem to do anything, always renders on 100% doesn’t matter what is my anti-aliasing setting.
  • FSR3 frame gen only works with 30 to 60 fps, but doesn’t seem to do anything when I want 60 to 120 fps. (vsync off, only frame limiter, 120hz LG C1 TV)
  • Can’t put the game to fullscreen, always switches back to windowed fullscreen.

I have Win10, 3080 Ti, using the DX12 api setting.

Same problem and it always goes back to 1080p resolution and windowed fullscreen.
