Field locker fix

I thought field lockers were getting fixed for this update but currently they don’t seem to be fixed as I tend to get a ton of duplicates, what exactly is getting fixed about the lockers?

I didn’t even get a single new shader for the new pitbull rifile…not even the blue one
Before that I can get almost every shaders for the hammerhead easily
