Field locker loot disappears

Multiple times now I have unlocks cosmetics from field lockers and when I go to equip them it will say they are still locked and I’m getting duplicates for locked items

Same here. I just opened up a loot chest and got inferno mask but then it is gone. What the hell is happening ?
