Field locker rewards and customization (PS4)

ok uhh 2 things?

  1. Field lockers…
    The past few I’ve opened haven’t actually given me my reward? It shows me, for example the beanie. But once I goto it, its still locked? Is this a bug?
  2. Customization.
    I have 3 items in my customization and current cannot clear it as I cannot view what is orange.
    I follow the orange marker but once I get too the tab, I can’t find what I’m supposed to be looking for?

This is also happening to my partner on her game also.

If someone can give me an idea what’s going on here that would be good.

Hey guys i got a problem with my avitars the human on the optio s screen also wen im in a mission it does show me my equipment

I have had the same issues with unlocking the items and not actually getting them. It’s a big bummer but I am sure it will be fixed and for the inconvenience I’m sure Illfonic will do something for the fans.

Ok thanks for letting me know.
Atleast I’m not the only one…
I unlocked a cool full mask cosmetic and couldn’t even use it 😕

Ya I unlocked the half mask, a couple of hats and didn’t actually get them. Like I said it bums me out a bit, but I’m allowing Illfonic the time to fix the issues and hopefully award the fans as they sit patiently for a massive update to fix many of the issues. Other issues I have had are my color schemes changing or it saying I have unlockables that I don’t actually have.
