Anyone else having an issue with items not showing up that we’re unlocked? To my excitement I got the Viking axe from the box but it isn’t in my trophies for me to equip. I freaked out after opening over 1000 boxes to finally get the one item I wanted but it is no where to be found.
A guy on reddit said he is having the exact same issue with items he got through the field lockers not unlocking items he obtained.

I can tell you both whats happening. You are unlocking a shader for a cosmetic that you havent unlocked the default for. For example, get a biomask apostle shader? Well guess what. If you havent unlocked the default of that mask, then you cant access the shader. This applies to biomasks, pred skin, all fireteam accessories, and obviously to weapons. But the weapons makes sense as they are unlocked by level
As for the trophy not unlocking. I cant explain that one tbh. Thats some bs.
