Field Lockers not awarding rare skins (PS4)

I’ve opened three field lockers ans recieved two purple skins and one red helmet/red. I return to apply it and it says it’s still locked. Anyone have the issue or is it a known issue?

Would much appreciate it a resolution!

Did you unlock the item already? As in the default item? Unless you do that then you won’t be able to select the customized version of it.
It’s a little annoying but gives you a reason to keep playing. ☺👍

I’m confused. Under all of the skins for helmet/hat ir says default?

Not really mate, what I mean is you have unlocked a custom pattern or skin for your character let’s say for example you unlocked a gold eye patch.
When you go into customisation you will have the gold eye patch unlocked however unless you’ve unlocked the main eye patch you won’t be able to equip it.
Some other items are only unlocked for certain classes and not unlocked for all at once.

You might have gotten a shader instead of the actual thing
