Field of view bug on steam

When i play with my normal FOV three games after its bugged and smaller FOV and every three games i need to restart my game i dont do nothing to my settings. Pls patch it because its so annoying

Every time i take damage while i switch from main wapon to secondary ,my controls go off. On pc cant switch wapons from keyboard 1 and 2 , i have to use round screen wheel for wapon selection or to restart game to come back to normal.
