I just want pred to get a counter parry if he times it right. Why does fireteam have a more fleshed out melee system than the pred? Parries AND heavy attacks with knife?

Just use an Elder sword… Can have a badass melee show down with parries and then come out on top.

knife needs a durability, and predator needs energy cells…

FT has parry, predator has unlimited ammo with plasma gun and plasma caster.

Thats the worst excuse for a lack of melee mechanics on the predators end. He’s got melee weapons like warclub that are useless because someone didn’t feel like rigging heavy attack animations.

I agree. There should be a counter parry. As it is, preds are all offense. Or a charged heavy attack that cannot be parried, but with a long enough windup that the FT could interrupt or dodge.
