What’s happening with FT hair?
I’m not 100% sure, but i guess there were 3 or 4 options available to FT hair? It’s not there anymore.
And right now, different classes have different type of hair by default.
Can anyone confirm?

Sometimes, the customizations for appearance drop from the menu. You just have to switch classes to fix it, usually.
Seems to be just another bug.
