Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. But from what I understand there’s no way for FT’s to climb trees. Just played against a Russian FT and one was confirmed in the tree mounted like the Pred. Of course they knew everywhere I was and ONLY hit headshots. Has anyone else confirmed hacking of any sort? really hoping Illfonic does something about this as Russian hackers were what single handedly destroyed AVP.

There are very few trees that have rocks near their trunk from which the Fireteam can jump up on the lowest branches, i’ve done it myself, then you destroy the three smaller branches that normally would act as protection for the Predator, and voila! You have yourself a sniper’s nest.

as a ft you can parkuor a lot. anything within jumping distance is fair game. but it’s not like FT can climb up trees like the pred. you can simply jump to a branch, if it’s close enough

That i will believe you cause i saw people just unpack their files and manage to change predator with fireteam and fireteam with predator… so gg they have no protection againts this btw @JelouGaming you cant do shit lol and they cant do shit about it cause they literally allowed their game files to get leaked

This game crashes for a freaking SHADER… A SHADER MAKES THE GAME CRASH…You really think it’s possible to play as the Pred for ft? That will crash instantly, even if someone managed to alter the files enough for the game to even try to do it.

I had a Dutch on derailed try to knife me on one of the rooftop buildings I used range cause I’m not falling for that, honestly if the ft can parkour let them within reason it shakes things up.
Thanks for all the replies. I haven’t really checked this. It was indeed on PC and I haven’t come across it since. Like I said the whole team was def a premade Russian, could tell from voice comms. I’ve been practicing the parkour since and will definitely be trying the tree climbing.
