Randomly the icon the fireteam has to follow is gone, or the objective is no longer there, but the mission isnt completing.

Fireteam mission glitch
I had this earlier. We were supposed to kill a guy, but there was just a floating icon over a corpse (which i guess was him) but it didnt register, so we had to kill the Predator to win.
