I played styx only one hour and uninstaled it… i still waiting for ubisoft to reveal new splinter cell. But sadly… i like old tenchu games. Even the last tenchu z for xbox 360. I played sekiro. It was really good but not tenchu… ghost of tsushima is my new tenchu in open world 😁

Premade FTs on comms are essentially unbeatable. I propose a few changes

  • Remove the stanima regen when sliding as a fire team member. This basically gives you unlimited running capability.
  • For ammo bag and health kit drops, either provide only one per match instead of two. Or limit the amount of times a dropped pack can be used to one or two. One person should not be able to heal or reload the entire fire team twice.
  • limit health syringes to one instead of two.
  • a direct hit from a plasma caster should be a one or two shot kill. I’ve seen way too many times where a fire team member has taken three or more shots of this thing and keeps moving.
  • Make Perry a ammo like based option instead of a stanima based option, or up the amount of stanima per uses so that you can’t continuously do it.
  • limit map spawns of health kits and ammo.

What me pissing right now its pred katana which have bleeding effect and there isnt any counter for this just literally predator can now making easy tactic of hit and run and repeat that over and over until all ft members bleed out…
I have very nice fight with some samurai but in last 2 min he did that the cheapest tactic i ever seen…

Lol I’ve actually had fun going toe to toe with the katana using my knife. It’s a but easier to parry than i originally thought.

But given how strong ft weapons are, I dont mind the pred katana. I like that weapons are getting new effects. I hope we see more.

yes…on another 1v1 i got him (second wind) but before i heal myself i downed by DOT…that bleeding…and he laughed a lot (i was able use weapons instead of dueling honestly…) i actually pity him i suppose he finally got a kill…

I see people use samurai and sometimes they know what to do but maybe i was angry on random teammates (50% was PS4 players) which they dont know how to play or screw team they just reminds me my old times with World of Tanks where i have more loses than wins
And only i hear in my head intro from cartoon “Samurai Jack” when i think about that samurai pred or see samurai pred in action?

Yeaa maybe Samurai looks cool (for me) but thats literally character p2w of course if predator know whats he is doing
I have one match where some kid called me cheater and hacker (accuse pc player for cheats when you dont know how to play a game very smart) but he done too much mistakes (didnt stay in one place to have full cloak, too much turning vision where ft see that glowing eyes for second or 2 and some other mistakes)

im long experienced gamer… i have dominated both sides and most of them making mistakes as hunter and rage quit…and samurai just…seems they trying seduce asian gamers nothing else cuz i personally never see such irony… and true cowards so cheater asshole’s on both side not just pc…as pc user those who belive only pc gamers are cheating absolutely naive and foolish ppls…this game death allready as i said before no matter even if they 101 time patched up there will be allways mechanical problems…seems 13th friday belong to them too and that game patched up many times too…until black tower take it…i belive this game has been made for ps4 but ‘‘hey why not earn more money’’ ‘‘so lets adapt to pc as well’’ and here it is… im just killing time…

They need a nerf, for sure. Or the predator needs a buff. I just got my ass handed to me by 1 person. 1. Who managed to get out of a net, shoot me til second wind, then chase me down on foot til I had to use the self destruct all within the 1st 3 mins and im a level 131. That is just plain silly. I was playing as hunter class with impenetrable perk too. Like I said, silly. For goodness sake, they didn’t even officially “spot” me either!

It’s very much a skill ceiling issue.

Lower Tier, Predators win. (Amplified for FT on PS4)
Higher Tier, Fire Team wins. (Amplified for FT on PC)

Going too strong on the “nerf bat” is always a bad idea, because people don’t like feeling ‘weak’. They don’t like what they have grown used to and enjoy being taken away from them.

I’m generally in agreement with the OP. I often play in pre-made PC squads, and we win alot. I don’t think I’m an amazing player by any stretch, and there are still those top-tier Predators that get the best of us. But I’d suggest my win rate as FT in any combination of 4 man PC pre-mades is close to 90%. Even with 180-240ms ping (playing with US players on Discord), I’m frequently doing near top damage in many of my games.

My win-rate as Predator against 3-4 PS4 players is 100%. I don’t play Predator as much (queue times), so haven’t encountered many PC pre-mades. But I’ve only lost 1 game as Pred so far.

The issue is though, it’s not that easy. You can’t just balance an entire game around the ‘best players’.
If you “nerf FT”, you’re going to have an entire platform of players (PS4), who will never ever want to play as FT, as their chance of winning would be abysmal. (it’s already bad enough. Look at Shifo’s videos)

I’m at the point where I would welcome a player-wide buff to all FT members playing on PS4. Give them more health and damage, or even a free respawn. I play solely on PC, but I can see how ‘not fun’ this game could potentially be for them.

The best play here is really increasing the content and possibilities. Ensure people are having fun even when they are losing. Let players be more creative with their builds, classes, weapons, etc.

New modes. New perks. More customization.

As a Predator you can down a good portion of the Ft in 3-4 hits? they dont need a nerf for health or stamina. what your also Describing is known bug issues that need to be fixed for the trees. and No plasma does not need to be Infinite spam, it has to have a recharge rate, otherwise your just OP the Predator.

I agree it really is a skill ceiling issue and a platform issue as well, Evolve had the exact same problem. If they can somehow match PS4 with PC they can balance better. Because as it is now balance patches affect differently depending on the platform you’re on.

I main FT… And… tbh… I can carry a whole squad of FT noobs to victory provided they are not utterly retarded… Playing FT is easy compared to playing Pred vs even an average FT.

Those that say otherwise, are either very skilled Preds or mostly facing PS4 nooblets that cant hit the broad side of a barn with an assault rifle on fully automatic. And considering the number of skilled Preds I’ve faced, I am leaning towards the latter. 1/20 Preds provide an actual challenge vs me as a solo player. If I actually have a team of players on my side that know what the hell they are doing and can communicate… I dont think there is a Pred that can win vs us.

I think what really needs to happen is this, fire team.

Buffs include:

  1. medium shotgun damage buff.

  2. add a lay down function.

  3. Increase muddy time a bit more for scout and recon it’s their only defense.

  4. Get rid of the effect of mud wearing off until it’s fully worn off, got blue guys glowing and they don’t even know it.

nerfs include:

  1. Major increase in recoil to both .50 cal snipers, reduced rate of fire to semi-auto .50 cal sniper. Add a slightly reduced recoil while laying down.

  2. Major increase in recoil to LMG also slightly reduced recoil when laying down.

  3. Medium increase to recoil on all assault rifles also slightly reduced recoil when laying down.

  4. add a limit of 3 perrys on scout and recon 2 on the rest by stamina bar.

  5. reduce the knife damage.

The only thing I know about FT is that I like to see them go splat but those seem like sound points.
