theres a bug with support class theres no 3rd gear showing up in game or on the loading screen

You can’t equip Syringe in the first slot. It’s definitely bugged. So play around with the order of things.
Ammo bag, Medkits, Syringe.
That’s the order i have my Support stuff in and it remains equipped.

I also had this problem. It’s a bummer if the syringe can’t be first.
