Fireteam woes...

Sorry if these have been mentioned already…

  1. Double the timer on missions or better still give us an option to remove timer!! Some of us don’t want to be rushed into completing all the objectives, we want to approach these missions with stealth but the short timer doesn’t allow for a true experience.

  2. RELOADING/ when I’m trying to interact with the self destruct module or other objective!!! Remap the Reload/“Mudding Up” button to something else please.

  3. Unless I command it, I don’t want my character announcing to the whole jungle that I’m “MUDDING UP” giving my damn location away. Other annoying vocals “Let’s wrap this up and get the fuck out of here!” when I’m trying to avoid detection.

  4. XP payouts are a joke, simple. Veritanium quantities too, especially when you see how much they expect us to payout to unlock certain skins. Fireteam get crumbs even with a fully completed mission (all objectives and survival), or do they honestly think people are going to grind this game? XP payout for killing the Predator is hilarious, and doesn’t reflect the achievement. Also, 8f the Predator is killed and successfully retrieved by OWLs, the Fireteam should have an option to fulfil the mission of it hasn’t been completed. The Predator player can be released to find another game while the Fireteam can continue gameplay.

Given that we are waiting ages to find a game, a game ending in less than 4 minutes is frustrating as hell because of the poor XP and Veritanium.

And how many 50cal rounds could a Predator realistically take to the head before it became a crater, because two head shots should be enough. Hitboxes need examining on the Predator in relation to weapons used against it.

VT payouts for fireteam are legitmatlly fine if a bit random due to the nature of them spawning it’s literally possible for a fireteam member to end a match with 2100 VT if they picked up everything and had good spawns they do expect you to grind it out considering you could always solo a private game and get as much vert as possible that’s what i did until they nerfed lootboxes ended with 75k vert after 28 hours

also for teh 50 cal there is this thing called balance this is a game not real life if the 50 cal killed pred in 2 shots no other weapon in the game would be used

I understand about balance, but that being the argument they shouldn’t have put it in the game. Same as the minigun, it’s pointless to carry. I stood right next to a Predator and unloaded the minigun into it, over 5 secs of continuous fire plus whatever my teammate was dumping into it with AI attacks as well!?!?!? Predator eventually took off to heal but come on, it should’ve been shredded. The Predators strengths are supposed to be it’s stealth and high tech weaponry arsenal. It’s shouldn’t be a tank as well. Even in the movies it needed to heal after a light skirmish.

I thought these weapons were locked behind higher ranks because they WERE powerful and not just nostalgic fanboy service…

As for the solo grind, I do that too👍🏼. Originally it was just to level up the weapons but now it’s for the VT. Some shaders are 25000, with 7500 just to unlock the variant that particular shade belongs to. The ‘paywall’ part is all wrong, especially when I have to pay twice for the same shader on different classes/variants (Predator masks for example).

well in that case with the mini gun the impen perk reduces dmg taken by 10% and effects PER bullet so it makes some guns waaay less effective sadly as long as dmg reduction or dmg + perks exists they will ALWAYS be mandatory picks

and also stealth just currently isn’t a super viable strategy i iknow some people have lots of success with bow+ plasma pistol but it’s a way riskier playstyle compared to melee due to the resource difference between the 2 teams
