Fix self-revive

When you try to use self-revive , if anybody on your team try to revive you middle of it , it will reset your revive time and you should w8 for your team m8 to revive you or start self revive again !!!
It’s so annoying cuz sometimes you want to self-revive yourself before you get killed and one bot in your team try to revive you in the same time !

There is also a bug:

If you are downed while being trapped, you cant use self-revive. Not sure if it happens all the time.
