Are all the new Predator skins/shaders and FT weapon outfit/shaders in the loot pool? I have yet to see them pop up in foot lockers.

Nope.
Same old cosmetics added into the game day 1.
One of their updates even said they overhauled their loot crate system.
Guess that was for their own benefit to see it work and not their playerbase?
They have more fun with the game than we do…

But come on… a duplicate of the hardest items to get in the game? Figured their system would be more geared to “when you get all of the mythic items you start getting duplicates”.
I’ve gotten a duplicate of the fucking level 100 elite outfits for FT, when you already unlock them at 100 and I didn’t even get “duplicate”. The game presumed I never had it.

How come they put something that is level unlocked, in a random lootcrate system?
Like how was that even a viable option to win?
Some people haven’t pulled a single trophy when folks are pulling dupes left and right.

It’s possible we were going to be only able to get the Elite skin in Field Locker early on, but then they ran out of stuff to put for rewards for leveling up and put it there instead

Hopefully once they get back into their office this game will get the content it desperately needs
big advice, keep your VT warm and comfy and wait for the futur patches and see if they implement the crates drop rate and stuff that you can find in it, cause for now, its fucking trash.
