I started figuring out were they were but after I grabbed the 1st one no in my friends list could grab it for the trophy? Also I only have 4 out of 16 tapes and I escaped with them is this also another bug? I have been trying to re track them down right now.

That happened to me today. I found a tape, and hot out of the mission alive via chopper… not tape in my Extras. And no Trophy…?
yeah 27 of my friends never got it and I been trying to track them down for them.
Today they just notified me I have extras now.
