Anyone else on PS4 getting these random drops in frame rate. I was going against an easy fire team had three of them down frame rate dropped so much it was like teleporting

Yep, someone quit as I was jumping on top of a small hit next thing I knew the frame rate tanked and I was in 2nd wind.
