My framerate drops so bad on the new mode. Do you think they’ll fix it or is it even possible?
Frame rate on new mode is unplayable
Yeah the frames are sooo bad surprised I haven’t gotten motionsickness yet… the fuck.
It’s pretty bad, how the hell are you meant to aim at anyone when you are constantly playing catchup with the frames, you end up aiming like a retard at a urinal
So, nothing has changed for me…
Out of curiousity what platform are you all on?
That shouldnt have made me laugh. But it did, good one.
Ngl guys hear me out…
For PC players with mid to high end pcs its hard as well to aim cause it has input lag and delay of 13.2ms+ but usually constantly that.
In most games my COMPUTER hardware MS is at 1.1ms which means its always like 1 milisecond aka it should be 99.99% real life motion and movement.
I think its connected with the FPS lag and my Hardware trying to focus to get more fps and not focusing to making it smoother latency…
I think thats the issue for most players but i might be wrong, its semi stuttery or lagy for me even at 4 ping which is perfect ish
Ps4(pro)
Gotcha, is it all maps or just the new map?
Is it both game modes?
I’m pretty input delay sensitive, and my PC is a little on the older side, and I don’t recall seeing that. Do you have vsync enabled in game, and what’s the refresh rate of your monitor?
Yeah i have to use vsync , unfortunately due to my 240HZ as when i play lower HZ its fairly stuttery to my eyes lol at like 77-80 fps…
might be due to VSYNC
Also can you maybe for the PC players sake suggest to the devs they add DX12 support instead of DX11?
DX12 runs very well for older models and newer models, DX11 runs a bit worse for older gpu’s but for newer it has DLSS n shit…
Anyhow, could u suggest it to the devs they add in DX12 support?
The only time vsync ever was not shitty for me was with a full gsync monitor (VG248QE). Adaptive sync / “Gsync compatible” may be OK, but my GPU setup (980ti sli) isn’t new enough to test that functionality.
If you don’t have any form of adaptive sync set up, vsync causes all sorts of weirdness in terms of input. I don’t want to get into the whole world of input latency, but the short of it is that I basically never have vsync enabled on FPS games.
;D im more of a smooth butter frames lover hahaha
Soon, im getting a 3080 'nd hopefully the frames will go up by 50-100 fps
Also does an SLI work in the game? have the devs implemented it? Just curious lol i know it works for some of the games
To add more to that, If you have a NVIDIA card, Its better to use the graphics cards on board vsync through NVIDIA control panel, typically, over a games built in vsync.
If you have screen tearing, dont bother using vsync. Instead switch the game from fullscreen to borderless windowed. That typically will solve screen tearing.
Good advice on both of these points. But I tend to eschew vsync altogether unless there is a form of adaptive sync running.
And SLi is a dead tech. Nvidia has even stated that there will be no more profiles, and the only modern card that has some form of cross-card direct communication it is the 3090. Even when it works optimally, SLi has some real frame consistency issues. The reason I have an SLi setup is that I was gifted some reference cards, and even with the jankiness, a 980ti sli setup could be generally as powerful as, or within spitting distance of, a 2070.
The 3080 would be an awesome upgrade, but I refuse to pay scalper prices for a standard consumer product.
Either way, if they add DX12 i don’t think i would need VSYNC, the FPS would jump to high 100’s on medium honestly or even high.
It’s nice you guys are having a moment but how about ps4?
Pro patch?
Frame rate is horrible on ps4 too probably more so
For me its more new game mode on all maps
Kk.
