went to play as fireteam i have an i7 cpu and a gtx 1070 with 8 gig of vram medium settings barely 40 fps what the fuck illfonic?? did you do? lol ā¦ any ideas on a fix people?

I run with a below minimum requirement cpu and a gtx 1060.
I get 50-60fps normally, but about 40-50 when pred is engaging the ft. They definitely screwed with the render distance and pop in. Plus it doesnt help that you only have 8gb of ram which I have 12 and I believe 16 is highly recommended.
Try turning view distance and effects to low. Shadows to medium. Textures shouldnt matter with your card. And post processing you will have to play with yourself.
If your resolution is any higher than default 1920x1080 then that is a huge factor as well
no i have 8 vram thats for the gpu. actual ram i have 12 my gpu is more than upto the job prepatch it was fine this new patch yep they broke fucked everything up. il try low settings maybe later but then nah i shouldnt have to they should of fixed or optimised for pc ā¦ im not playing when its in such a shit state for how it runs

Yeah I dont disagree, tbh Im surprised I can even run the damn game. Like I said, turning the view distance down alone should fix all the issues, and it shouldnt cause any real graphical differences except maybe a fog at REALLY long distances, but the maps arent that big to begin with so doesnt matter much.
yeah ive an i7 and pc was in high performance mode so the cpu was boosted whatever they did when they messed with it for ps4 fucked us over on pc ā¦ its a complete mess i even turned down view distance made no difference the fps is so unstable
Its ironic that thats the case for you because with my potato machine Im running it much smoother than before. But I only run on low/medium for everything, and high for textures sooo im not pushing it hard
yeah im not sure what happened or what it is they did truth be told yeah all the settings was medium but prepatch it was not like it is now
