With the ease of psshare, there has to be some kwirks that come with it.

I’m working to get an elgato to screen cap my ps4 and do my streams through pc :)

That’s a PS4 notification, such as messages and invites. When recording or streaming it gets blurred out so that people can’t see any names or message details. It’s a PlayStation thank😉
