So my friend finally got the game today. We party up and about 40% of our matches crash, sending us both to the lobby and disbanding our party Evey time.
Any idea why this keeps happening

Likely a connection issue on your end or his.
Make sure your team isnt downloading games or updates to games
Who is using wifi? Use 5G on Wifi and never use 2.4G while playing mutiplayer games like this. Bandwidth is probably the issue.
Both of us are using Wi-Fi
I can’t check or change any settings on my end, because my boss is letting me use it for free. I’ve been fine playing most matches only maybe had like 3 maybe 4 disconnects since launch
And my friend has way better Wi-Fi then what I’ve got.
Would it also be helpful to know that we were using party chat on PS4
