So I’ve seen some topics on this but want to express that their needs to be more of a harshet Consequence for qutting the game in the middle of it. i have seen sore Fireteam members rage quit out right for being downed wight off the bat or waiting to be revived ETX, ETC. As playing both FT and Pred it’s super Frustrating, same when you down a predator they will quit out right. There should be either match with other quitters, no Vertanium for certain amount of matches, Or A longer Que time for games for them to join.

Predator can’t be revived by another Predator, he can’t be respawned…Predator leaving doesn’t impact the Predator team when he dies.
There’s no need to stick around as Pred. I don’t play for the veritanium so if I die I just move on.
Why should I get penalised because I didn’t sit there and watch FT deface my body?
FT quitting is another story: personally I’m getting more and more bored as the days go by because I’m lumbered with 3 or 2 player teams because FT couldn’t be bothered to stick around. Predator leaving doesn’t impact the rest of the players…FT leaving makes for an incredibly easy game for Predator when it’s an all PS4 team.

No I leave because Pred queues are long enough. I leave because moronic players like to tea bag and show other “good sportsmanship” qualities of sore winners. I leave because it doesn’t impact the other players.

not every leave is deserve penalty… i just got drop in middle of fight we was going to chopper… jesus

… why in the hell should the pred have to stay if they’re dead? lol there’s zero interaction between them and the ft players 99% of the time, so them sitting around and watching you defend their corpse makes absolutely zero sense; and this is coming from someone who plays ft almost exclusively. if the pred wants to leave after they die, then they should be able to. 100%. you saying that they’re poor sports or whatever has no bearing on the actual game at that point. not only that, but the queue times aren’t exactly super short for them, so they probably want to get in line as soon as they can.
you basically want them to sit there, silently, and watch until the end score screen. why? so that you, and i literally mean YOU, can feel like they’re a good sport for losing? that is some next-level, fucked up, entitlement right there lol

It was my understanding that if the Predator leaves after they have been disarmed that it does not negatively impact the FT rewards at the end screen.
That being said, once I have been disarmed I “GG” and exit the match to get back into the queue.

maybe illfonic should add incentives for a predator to stay, extra veritanium or something for players might make them less likely to quit
A DC penalty will also prevent players from quitting when they see a Predator they don’t like. With this, we should also allow players to leave after they have died/escaped and keep their XP and veritanium. For the FT, this would only work after reinforcements have been called. Who wants to stay and watch the other players finish the match? That’s boring. We should be able to immediately go back into the queues without being penalized.

there is a difference between DC and flat out quitting. Quitting shows that you raged quit and are salty which makes you a toxic player, therefore Penalties should be Implemented to Remind you that you leave early you pay the price. No one likes a sore loser.

There has been so many More FT leaving after their downed it’s becoming Dumb. We should get an ai to place the person, and Also The quitter needs a harsh penality. The System as it is so Abusive that Playing FT is unenjoyable when people quit

they have to fix servers first… i still cant use microphone when go ft… lot of work to do…
Then they should have thought to do it first before playing. It’s not fair for the rest of the players if your going to bail out and Make it harder for the rest of us.

Until then…
All claims should count as kills for the predator even if they rage quit. I lose a lot of kills cuz they leave. Sometimes they don’t leave and it will count wrong so idk what’s going on. If they don’t get v or xp I think some still won’t care. Maybe on top of that they are put on a timer before they can start to look for a new game. R6s does this but sometimes your punished for server or internet connection. They should be able to determine who left before the game was over. If predators leave on a rage quit, they also should be punished. They shouldn’t be able to leave till the match is over though. When fireteam is done fighting a.i. They should have to stick around and watch the fireteam guard the body. Lol part of your punishment for letting them kill you.
