Depend of your preferences. Im use aw50 (best DMG per shot but non-auto) + vector (without silencer for better DMG output). Since Scout hasn’t any bonuses for special weapon you can use what you best.

Best FT Scout build is Dutch’87 with DT

My favorite builds are
speed build
Duelist
Double time, Thick Skin, and quick release

OR

tank build
Duelist
Thick Skin, gearhead, and OWLF Trained

This is my scout build. l call it the Rhonda Rousey because it can kick ass but still gets fucked from time to time.
