Half of the people i get matched up with aren’t even aware of them. I don’t blame them honestly. I had to look for it myself since recently returning to the game.
Please, in the next patch, have one of them selected by default for each class/character and have them blink/indicate, i.e., highlight it before the first use/selecting it so that less informed players are actually able to see it in customization.
Or just give an in game patch notes list that pops up before you fully dive in to the main menu. This also applies to them making a FT tutorial and adding in all class passives for both pred and FT that are not represented in game.

All this needs is a simple fix. It’s ridiculous how many people i keep running into that are not even aware of this.
How about a shooting range or testing room, some way to quickly see how everything handles.
