A class-action lawsuit filed against Triterras Inc., CEO Srinivas Koneru and Netfin Acquisition Corp. founder Marat Rosenburg is alleging that they failed to disclose the extent of the reliance of the company’s revenue growth on Rhodium Resources Pte. Ltd.

Rhodium Resources, a Singapore-based commodity trading business that referred users to Triterras’ Kratos platform, was allegedly facing significant financial liabilities that jeopardized its ability to continue as a going concern. Triterras was formerly known as Netfin Acquisition.

Some legal commentary exists just to make people act silly. The reality is that parties are trying to suck $$$$$ from each other without revealing their true intent. If GAME DEVELOPERS REVEALED EVERYTHING To the public…especially to finessology then the world that they hold sacred would be worth NOTHING.

Cyberpunk is shit and will never be the pre-rendered gameplay they were showing off at E3 get over it. It will forever be that triple A game that managed to fuck up harder than No Mans Sky with polish taxpayer money lol while acting like it was going to revolutionize the open world genre & beat grand theft or red dead.
