game crash on main menu

I have removed game for now, was launching from epic games on PC
crashed as soon as I hit main menu. If anyone has a fix please let me know thanks

Deleted all save files and reinstall game.

Some people have had success deleting their save file.

so by uninstalling the game I assume I’ve done that haha?

You can try. Some people say it doesn’t help though.

I’m having the same issue, uninstalling does nothing. But, Im not sure how to delete save files. Can you explain please?

I have no save games, we haven’t been able to launch the game since i installed it.
