G’day bro! I’m also an Epic Games user.

The only thing I could suggest is go to: %LOCALAPPDATA% then open SpaceFish\Saved\SaveGames\ and delete the 2 files within the SaveGames folder.

NOTE: It will delete all your custom saved loadouts, so you will need to do these all over again! Take some screenshots to restore how you created all loadouts for your characters

Open Epic Games and make sure that it is up-to-date. And verify installation of Predator Hunting Grounds under Library and select verify from the (…) menu

Restart your computer and then load up Predator Hunting Grounds, it should solve the problem…

If you still encounter this same issue, uninstall Predator Hunting Grounds and Epic Games Launcher… Reinstall Epic Games Launcher from the Epic Games website and then reinstall Predator Hunting Grounds but still make sure that you have deleted the files from %LOCALAPPDATA% then open SpaceFish\Saved\SaveGames\ and delete the 2 files within the SaveGames folder

Lower your graphics settings to medium or low. 90% of the time I had crashes was because of the graphics settings. I think specifically the “Effect quality” is the culprit for many crashes.

Using something like Razer Cortex also helps a lot by clearing unnecessary apps that run in the background

Run EGS as administrator

add -useallavailablecores to the command options in the EGS game entry

That’s exactly what j figured out yesterday. I can change every graphic segting how I want. But if I put effects to more than medium it crashes for me. If I start the game again the settings are saved tho, which means I have higher effect quality

Have you tried deleting saved data and playing something else

I told you to do this

go to: %LOCALAPPDATA% then open SpaceFish\Saved\SaveGames\ and delete the 2 files within the SaveGames folder.

Your error is NOT related to graphics it’s related to game files being corrupted most likely the files within the SpaceFish folders

Once you’ve deleted the files in SaveGames, verify your game files in Epic Games Launcher! If something starts downloading then something WAS wrong and now being patched

If however, you have verified the game files loaded up the game and it crashes again. Uninstall Predator Hunting Grounds and Epic Games Launcher and reinstall both programs. But make sure you delete those files in the SaveGames folder before reinstalling

It will fix your issue and certainly resets the game to all default settings.

IF you don’t want to delete the files from SaveGames send them to a .zip file keeping a backup
