Game crashes\freeze during map load

Sometimes game freezes without any error message during match/map loading before game. When it freezes i cannot alt-tab it and close it by task manager because my monitor do not responding and sometimes when I use ctrl-alt-tab there are no refreshing for monitor image just one window appears above another. Only reboot helps. I checked my CPU, GPU, RAM and HDD use in this moment by Riva Tuner and there is no problems in moment when game freezes. CPU around 50-60%, GPU 15-20% during loading, RAM around 6000MB load, HDD 90%.
My PC
Intel i7 6700 HQ
GTX 960m 2GB
8Gb RAM
7200 RPM HDD 1TB

The only solution what I found is set virtual memory swap file on disc C 1024 MB. And freezes disappeared. But why? Game on low setting never use more than 6000MB with my System files and other things. As you can see by Riva Tuner stats there are only 6000MB of total memory use (game+system). I close all programs when play. Only MSI Afterburn_Rivatuner for FPS and CPU_GPU_RAM use.
So why this happen to me?
Hidden RAM loses? Game issues? Low Optimization for this game?

I think this must be post in technical difficulties section which not available here. Bugs for bugs in game such as non-working weapons, graphic glitches etc
