Game frreezing during matches or in lobby

Games amazing if we could fucking play it
After waiting for 10 min to find a match i get a lobby and finally the game was about to start it frezzes
and guess what even task manager is not responding to terminate the application

I get this quite a bit also, haven’t found a cause.
you can get out of it without resetting your computer if after you hit alt-ctrl-del you select log out, then you can log back into windows without a full restart.
