So I assume that this means this patch went as poorly as I suspected it might.
Pred does… Down Range, Fearless. That’s off the top of my head and I don’t as play much Pred as I’d like.
FT gets nerfed = cool we need to get better
Pred gets buffed = haha y’all gonna die
Pred gets nerfed = For the love of god why?
Ft gets buffed = (Main Preds) I’m done playing this game (but you really ain’t)

Dude, don’t be stupid. Those challenges are so you can get Pred matches, you need 4 other players, they don’t need you. There’s a dozen Pred’s that could take your spot any match.

When City Hunter dropped he was a pain in the ass but players adapted to how people actually play. Same thing will go for FT gear where we will see its usage and adapt to how players are actually using it.
Last Man Standing isn’t all that, can’t say I noticed any buffed stats. Jungle Hunter still took me from full health to skull-less in three wristblade attacks… and the whole increased thermal signature, has anyone tested that yet to see how bad it is? Like, does it negate mudding up? I’m a Fireteam main, and I’m sick of them thinking we need our asses wiped constantly for us. Predator players have had the worst treatment throughout.
Make the most of this weekend, have no mercy on the new comers. They need to learn the hardest way possible that this game isn’t a cake walk (unless you’re Fireteam).
True but every pred buff vs every ft buff is
1 and 1x4. Every ft buff even on the smallest scale can lead to absurdities in the balance. And considering how this game played prepatch, it only makes things worse.
Im a pred main but I want pred to always be a challenge. I want to have to play smart. But pred needs to have the tools to effectively stealth, and right now those tools only work against him.
So right now not only is pred at a disadvantage against the fireteam but also doesnt have the tools to counter it.
Sigh. Im just disappointed.

I think preds do still have the advantage. They can engage/disengage fights at will. They’ll always win 1v1 unless they REALLY fuck up. It’s a matter of patience and timing.
Some really coordinated FTs can be annoying. But most FTs, in my experience, barely pay attention to each other. I play FT mostly due to the huge pred wait times, and I can tell when the FTs are doomed pretty quickly (hint: it’s most of the time). You can’t have a pred that’s just throwing ft around like ragdolls. That would be no fun for 4/5 people playing.
I think the queue is and has always been the biggest problem. The queue is terrible. People who main pred are literally playing less than FT. I can get in 2 maybe 3 full matches as FT before I’d even find a match as pred.
Alright so I have no idea what this latest Predator thought he was doing leaping into gunfire. He died and quit which is fairly common but frankly I just don’t know what he was expecting since we’d all been present. Patch or not I find this behavior pretty common. Stealth Predators and really aggressive Predators tend to win matches but this Leroy Jenkins approach I’m finding a lot and aside from being filled with holes I have no idea what they thought they’d accomplish.
For aspiring Predators, please don’t do this because you will loose.
