GAME IS BROKEN - KNIFE GLITCH

The game is officially ruined. Thanks to the streamer samrain, 20k people know how to do this game-breaking glitch. Every match today I’ve played, at least 1 person has been doing it.

It’s a VERY noticeable change from nobody doing it. It’s so bad, the game is not worth playing. Not worth paying either. Illfonic fix it or you stand to lose oodles of money from future DLC purchases. Nobody is going to play this game so broken. Do you job. It’s not just one knife glitch either. There are other versions of it. What were your QA devs thinking?? What is project management thinking not responding to its’ userbase when there’s a game breaking bug they developed?

I’m not paying another dime, and will make sure others know too, until this is fixed. Seeing as how reports go nowhere and illfonic rarely patches anything, I will probably just never play the game again.

Bro you’re a bitch. I’m just gonna come out and say it. I’ve read every comment you’ve posted here and watched your video and all you do is complain, saying the game is unplayable, I’ll never play the game again…good, piss off, if you cant adapt and learn to counter these problem then youre a horrible player and I wouldnt want to go against you anyways. The knife exploit has been around for a long time, don’t blame Sam for your misfortunes. Also he wasn’t the original person to “leak” it anyways so do your research before coming to bitch. You want to know what was really fucking frustrating? The Fanatic and Reckless exploit. And guess what? We all still played because we learned how to counter it. That exploit was far, far worse than the current knife one, I could melt and down a Pred, remove the mask and kill it in less than two seconds. Be lucky you don’t have that waiting for you when you load in.

The game is not unplayable. Its you. I’ve watched your videos, your disc play is mediocre (stop using the default disc, switch to ancient disc, default has very little hp and can be destroyed easily), you just stand there with the bow instead of moving and quick shooting (which makes you a target), and your movement overall is janky. I get it, you’re new, you can fix all of these problems, but instead you’re in here bitching about something that you can counter even at your current skill level. You’re also playing against potatos who dont know what to do. You cannot judge your skill level based on that. Drop me, or Deez, or Symbiote into any of those teams and any one of us will run you around the map in panic.

tl;dr: stop bitching and git gud

I don’t use another disc b/c this one has a smaller signature. Less likely to be seen. I can take down a FT in less than 1 minute with it. It’s boring and that’s why I prefer the bow. I actually do move with the bow if you’ve seen my videos. Left and right to mess with their shots. I’m not asking for people to fix all the problems; just the one game-breaking problem. It’s not that hard to fathom lmao.

Ok but the disc you use, has very very low HP. It can be destroyed in seconds. And you can take down a POTATO FT in less than one minute with it; try it with someone or a team who knows how to counter it. How high is your horizontal projectile sensitivity? If its not at max you’re not doing it right. You’re making claims based on the lowest skill level opponents. The bow is also a non-viable weapon since it was nerfed into the ground, you’re putting yourself at a disadvantage. Again, you’re basing success on the level of opponents you’re facing.

Also, its not game breaking. Its really, really not. I played practically all night last night and never had an issue with it, just ask @DEEZKNUGHTZ. Bro uses it, unintentionally, and I was claiming his skull like it was child support most of the night til I switched to FT. Git gud bro.

The double knife swing is considered an exploit? That’s odd, I’m just holding down both triggers since last year of the XBOX release.

All good, but you saw the vegetables I had on my random teams. We’re talking turnips here, not potatoes. I wasn’t expecting to win, but IDGAF, as long as I get some good rifle shots in. I had more damage than everyone combined in all the matches, mostly from my rifle tho.

Not holding in both but using heavy then light. I guess it can trigger the same way depending on how it registers the inputs. But yeah its a nasty damage exploit, will reduce your health in seconds if both hit. And i know, i saw the turnips. Thats why everything is fair game in the jungle.

Also @Synja, I just had a dude try the exploit on me. I was Amazon Ghost with sickle. I had barely a hit of HP left. I killed him. Its not hard.

Yeah I get that. I’ve had FT destroy it before and that’s fine. If they do that, I get pissed off and they can’t complain about me using the plasma caster. It’s a win-win from my point of view. The bow is actually pretty badass. 2 shots and someone is downed. 1 good headshot and they’re downed.

Considering you were the one praising the exploit, I don’t thing “git gud” really qualifies. Yes I’ve killed cheaters too. I just prefer not to play with them. I don’t play a game to swear at other people.

Because a lot of what people say about Sam is unfounded and lies in jealousy and envy. Sam doesnt cheat. Trust me if he cheated we would all know, he would have been outed years ago. My problem mostly lies with the aforementioned new people coming here or on discord bitching that theres cheating and exploiting when they actually dont understand the game and need an education. And a lot of those people, this guy included, attack Sam specifically.

As it turns out, if you’re just a decent human being, people feel the need to attack you.

Sam posts his vids, wins and losses, offers help, gives explanations on his decision making, and doesn’t use all meta shit when he’s playing vs potatoes like me. He gives people a chance.

So yeah, I learned a lot from watching him and I appreciate people who aren’t total shitbags.

I don’t think this is the real problem. Sam isn’t the only decent player in the community. So far, I haven’t seen anyone say anything bad about Thunderwold, Craftsman, Gessp, or Vorhess — it’s only Fairyuitja who keeps complaining. I don’t think Sam’s experience in the game is what bothers people.

Sam, with his confident and sometimes arrogant style, provokes reactions against himself. Life on social media is a mirror of your own behavior. He likes to be arrogant, show off, and sometimes “punish people” on social media.
