Game still doesn't working.

Hello guys, I’ve recently try to launch the game since the last update but when It goes to the illfonic intro the game just crashing up after that without any errors, but it automitacly copy that once the game closed up.

I’ve tried to reinstall the game a lot of times but still not working at all.
Please guys help me to find out something.

did you verify the game files as well from epic?

have you tried deleting the folders after uninstalling - C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\SpaceFish
then reinstalling?

do you have an audio output selected and configured before running the game?

Yeah I’ve do it few times even with the antivirus disable for avoid that any files get deleted cause of it.
About the audio nothing about that.

i would say uninstall and delete all game folders there and reinstall first let me know

Back, I’ve reinstalled the game but still doesn’t work, about drive, I’ve recently reinstalled my windows but even with nothing change.
I’ve dowloaded the latest drivers for my graphic card too.

Hey no i was joking about the drive.

So you deleted those folders before reinstalling?

That was the key part so just confirming you did that

Yeah already deleted it too but nothing change. :(
The most part of it, it’s that I’ve never encoutered any bugs with any games execpt this one.

can you try launching it from the exe directly found at:

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\PredatorHuntingGrounds

if the crash pops up instead of closing the crash window are you able to just move it or go back to the game?

Already tried to execute the exe as administrator too, yes I can move to it but once it reach the illfonic logo just back to window.

and running epic as administrator? Reinstalling epic as administrator?

the error here says:

OnlineSubsystemIllFonic failed to load or is missing!

so it may be an issue with epic or something. try those 2 things. let me know.

If that doesnt work link this thread to one of the Illfonic devs on this forum.

Yes I’ve put as administrator as default and the other .exe in the predator directory.
But nothing change, how I can link this thread?

click on the share button at the bottom of this thread. copy the link. go to any of the official announcement threads like patch notes or announcements and go to the very top. there you will see a dev user. click on the name and messsage, explain the issue and link this thread so they can see what we tried. Hopefully they can help you. Sorry I couldn’t.
