Ummm, yes they should. Female Pred’s are definitely a thing and definitely just as eager for the hunt as males. Literally reading a book that has 2 of them.

Not a particular great one, but the last in the rage series.
The Predators are well written to be clear, just the story structure and descriptions could be better done.

Some writers have neglected them. That doesn’t mean they don’t exist and aren’t just as deadly or deserving of respect.

The clan structure actually places them above most males, and Yautja society is a matriarchy, according to those same writers who neglect them. They where originally supposed to be bigger than the males.

I know of big mama who was stronger because of her size but overall I thought the females were more lethal not necessarily stronger.

Yautja female doesn’t always stay at home they are as prideful as the Male when it come to hunt.their statutes when it come to reproduction.make things harsher for hunt but there is no way that they cant go hunting from time to time also yautja have a mating season mean that they are free at some point to hu t as they wish

You arerefering to Hashori a 9feet tall clan leader she is unique as she led a clan of only female who have lost their mate and dont want or cant find a new mate again. They are pretty unique

I’m actually quite happy with how illfonic has chosen to portray them in the game. The female berserker could be a bit thicker.

I’m really hoping to see Dutch’s Princess, I think it’s hilarious how she left him to die and didn’t think he was worthy to claim.

That is not my understanding of the widow clan. She was a clan leader and joined after the loss of her mate, not that she leads it.

She is 9ft tall and larger than the males but only just barely in the novel, the authors over the years have added their own takes to the lore, mostly for the better.

I think all of these Predator characters are just that, specific characters and not “generic” Predators with themed armor. I hope that makes sense.

As for where are the explicitly female characters? Unclear. I am not a lore person, but I have heard talk that there are a few female Predators in the lore and in the comics. Based on that, I would be willing to venture a guess that getting the legal rights to use those characters likenesses in game is not cheap. It probably also involves a lot of lawyer-ing and other boring stuff to make it happen.

I think right now it seems that Illphonic has a deal with NECA and using their toys. Doing a quick search, I do not see any female Predator toys on their site. So once they produce one we may see one, or once the NECA toys are exhausted they can move onto other media?

That would be my guess.
