Try to delete game.
And options file. Both the stored on console and the one synched to the PS cloud.
Start PS4 on safe mode and clear cache and rebuild database.
Install game again.

I mean, there’s a chance the fix won’t work at all. Yes, there’s a chance it can happen again if the fix works. It’s up to you whether or not the attempt to fix it, is worth it.

Well, I was advised to do a factory reset, but it didn’t help me, then they sent me the developers’ mail, I talked to them about this problem, but now they don’t answer me, 4 days have passed (they asked my IP provider if I use VPN, then they didn’t write)
